In Bartali's log you need to tag the world boss Quint, which only spawns on Wednesday and Saturday.

How fast you finish these logs depends a lot on how easy it is for you to get the required items and when you start doing them. Grumpygreen has good summary tables for all of the adventure logs, so you can take a quick look to see what you need. You will be permabanned for all the above with no warning. Visible breast/genitalia modifications (including both sexes), clothing/removal mods, or NSFW content of all classes, regardless of lore age or age of appearance.
